FEMA Continuity of Operations Training

Many organizations also are required to complete  or maintain a Continuity of Operations Plan that describes how the mission critical functions of an organization will be fulfilled during a disaster. 

FEMA has developed a number of Independent Study courses to assist planners in developing a COOP plan for their organization. Though not always required, a COOP plan is good common sense for all.
